TheProbe™ is a wireless temperature probe capable of monitoring the internal temperature of the food, without having to pierce the bag, both during vacuum cooking and during cooling in a blast chiller.
TheProbe connects via Bluetooth to the smartphone and through a dedicated App you can set the desired cooking temperature at the core of the food being cooked.
The temperature range of the probe is from -40 to 95 °C.
